Becoming a host or not becoming a host

I have a property I’m thinking of putting on Airbnb, but I’m struggling to decide if it’s worth it or not.  As hosts, what do you think?

How would we know 🙂 it's entirely up to you.

Do your market research on supply and demand in your area. Check on local STR legislation.  Read up on what's involved in hosting. Put together a budget to estimate costs and charge out rates to see how profitable it might be. Then you can make a decision.
