Best quality/price to satisfy my guests but keep my good income
Hello everybody,
I noticed my guests comments are not high about the quality/price. Most of the time I follow Airbnb’s advice to choose my prices and very often I put the price down when the last minute nights are not booked yet. I’m giving already a lot of efforts to satisfy the guests (little attentions, some renovations, answering messages very fast,…)
@La-Petite-Maison4 Strangely a lower price often gets a worse value score. Something about the type of person whois perhaps attracted by the drop in price but can't quite afford it?
Airbnb always seem to lowball the price as the open dates approach but also have high pricing for dates further out. Perhaps limit the maximum price in smart pricing. If the dates book up ahead of time then this lower price will generate you more money perversely.
