CHECK IN FEATURE ISN'T WORKING!

Good day everyone! Anyone having problems with the check in feature? My guests are telling me it's not working. They click on it and it bumps them back out.  I have messaged Airbnb and haven't gotten a response and it's been three weeks! This is very frustrating and is causing unnecessary  extra work for me.  Thank you!
