Calendar not loading

Calendar not loading

When I go to the calendar on the app it says "Could not load calendar data", I hit refresh but after a split second it goes back to this, seems like it isn't trying properly.

 

I needed to block some dates so went to the PC, loaded the incredibly stuttering calendar, selected my dates but just get the loading dots without the options for those dates. 

 

So basically I can't access my calendar at all to actually alter things.

 

I have tried updating the app, resetting the phone etc. 

 

Is there any solution to this or is it just experiencing problems right now?

We are aware of and actively working on a fix for  a bug impacting the Calendar view on the Airbnb iOS app. If you are not able to view your host calendar for your listing(s) on your device, please login to your Airbnb account on mobile web or desktop to view and manage your calendar.

Hi, downdetector shows air bnb site  having problems since 3pm today.

It has sorted itself today, so perhaps it was just their system having issues.

If your on your phone or iPad you could have too many windows open. Close them and it should work fine. 

Do you mean different tabs on a browser? That shouldn't affect the separate app at all really. Even so with all apps closed, including browsers, the calendar would not load the data.

 

It seems to have sorted itself out today so likely a temporary issue on their end.

When do you anticipate having the bug on you Iphone calendar not loading fixed?

It is fixed. Go to the Airbnb App in the App Store and update it to the latest version (v24.40).

I have the same problem for almost a week now.

If you are talking about a problem concerning a blank calendar when using your iPhone, this was fixed last week.  Delete Airbnb app and upload the newest version on your phone🤞Calendar still works on your desktop computer
