Can Anyone Help? My Listing Is Gone and I Don’t Know Why

Hi everyone,
I'm truly disappointed and confused. My listing Paceville | Penthouse - Hot Tub & Sea View Roof is being permanently removed right before the summer season —without any proper explanation or real chance to fix the issue.

I’ve invested so much into this property: full renovation, time, energy, and money. I was finally about to become a Superhost. And now, just days before peak season, it’s all being taken away based on a connection to a previous listing I had nothing to do with.

I found out that a former co-host of mine was also added to a past listing before I took over. I removed them immediately and explained everything  but still, no one from the Specialized Team gave a proper answer. Just a decision. Case closed.

Is this how hosts are treated after doing everything right?

Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any advice or help is appreciated. I just want a fair chance to keep doing what I love.

I'm sorry to hear there was an issue with one of your listings; it sounds like you have invested a lot of energy and passion into it!

Yes, thankfully the issue has now been resolved, and the listing is back. I truly believe that sharing my experience here and the support I received through this platform made a real difference.
