Can a municipality in Oklahoma list a city owned property on airbnb?

I am the city manager with Okemah, Oklahoma we have a nice place on Okemah Lake we would like to Air BnB.  I am trying to figure out how I can do it.  I personally have rentals on air bnb, but this house needs to be listed by the city, how can I do this as a business?  Can anyone help with this information.
