Looking for thoughts on how to handle mail for my long-term guests at a condo with a keyed mail bank.
Did you just publish the listing? it can take 24-72hours for it to appear to guests. This is intentional, as Airbnb wants Hosts to finish setting up the listing. There is alot of additional information that needs to be added after you publish. You are missing alot of information in different sections on the listing.

Review Listing
Go to the Listing Editor and click each square on the left side. A panel will open on the right side of your screen for you to enter information.
Photo Captions
Put photo captions/descriptions on every photo.
Where You'll Sleep Section
This Section is missing because you have not added the number and size of beds in each bedroom photo.
Amenities
You're missing alot of amenities. Airbnb only lists a few during listing creation. You should have about 50 amenities. They are also saying you don't offer essentials like TP, towels, linens:
