Hi.
When sending check in info a few days before a guest arrives, I have always sent 3 images that show the parking space location and info.
I keep these images in an Album in my gallery and have done this since 2017.
Recently on my android phone when I click on the image button in the inbox it takes me to my camera reel but there's no way to access the album. Hope that makes sense. I can still do it on the iPhone app. Just not working on android. Am I missing something. I've gone through all permissions and settings and can't see anything I can do.
How is the situation now?
You could try to do this to solve the problem:
Once this is done, please:

Hi @Željko11 and @Henrick5 😊,
I would like to know if you are still encountering this problem.
Please don't hesitate to let me know!

Hi,
yes, the problem is still the same, the only albums I can see in the app are "Favourites, Camera, Screenshots and Downloads".
I don't see any other "custom" albums that I have - I have (and previously have used) "Airbnb" album where I kept all images that I used for Airbnb.
I solved it by marking images that I send often as "Favourites", and I now can find them in the "Favourites" album.
I haven't replied before because you asked for "browser type, OS" and similar, and the title of the issue and the whole discussion is that you can't do this "on android".
I have a way now around it, so don't want to spend crazy time debugging it, and will wait for it to be fixed with an app update.
Hi!
We are encountering the same problem, also from an Android.
Hello @Željko11
New here sorry if not writing in the right spot. I'm trying to reply/post to the whole thread.
I see many people have this issue. So do I since i changed phone to a Galaxy S20 FE 5G. I can no longer access my albums where i keep all photos relevant to my rentals. It's driving me nuts as I have to scroll all the way down through hundreds of photos on my camera (recent photos file) to find them.
Has anyone managed to solve this issue yet?
Thanks for any help!!
Encountering the same issue on Android. Very frustrating as I had created a "Maps" folder to send guests detailed directions ahead of their arrival.
