Can someone please critique my listing and provide improvement suggestions?

Please keep in mind that the property is seasonal and the pricing is in line with competition in the area. Just hoping to get some ideas on what we can improve to get more bookings for families.

@Sergey174 I would suggest you need a queen bed in place of the sofa bed. Hopefully you would then attract parents, two children and two grandparents. I would then not advertise the sofa bed in the lounge but perhaps mention it in the description as something people could request.

Next do be careful with the price. I am not saying it is too high but the general feeling seems to be last years pricing may be unachievable this year. 

Finally you might want to consider restricting check in/out days to Friday and Monday over the high season so you get no downtime. Equally let it go this year until you build reviews. To do this switch on pro tools in your account and then play with rulesets in your calendar.
