Can't find my listing

I've been hosting for nearly 2 years. In the past, when I search for my listing (area is Brevard,  NC or Pisgah Forest,  NC) it'll pop up in the first 5-10 listings. Now I can't find it at all when I search. I have not snoozed or deactivated. I had blocked off January due to pipe freezing concerns (since fixed) but I haven't made any other changes. Can you please help me figure out why I suddenly have no visibility? Thank you.

@Sareet0 If you tell us the NAME of your listing, we can look & see if we can find it!

Thank you! It's listed as The Dewdrop,  tiny house in the Land of Waterfalls!

It's in Pisgah Forest, NC.

Does it show up in the map view?

Yes,  I found it on the map when I searched in Brevard,  NC (closest town)

I scrolled thru 15 pages & couldn't find it either 😞

Have you checked your emails including personal email to see if you have been sent any explanation?

Have you had any bad guests lately who might have made malicious accusations?

No, but thank you. Those things haven't happened and I'm really good about checking my email. I'll ask the help center.

@Sareet0

I just did a search of Pisgah Forrest, the only other filter I used was No of guests 4, and it did show up down on page 6 so, there are 60+ listings ahead of you Sareet.

I can't give you a definite reason why you are showing up so far down in search rankings because you seem to have a few bookings ahead of you but, you do have a lot of competition in that Asheville area. Are you using booking filters? I notice you have a two night minimum,  do you set prep time, number of nights between stays, the more restrictive you make your listing for booking the further down search pages you will appear.

But your listing is live and does show.......it might pay to alter a few things in your description to get a bit more activity happening and this might help your search placement!

Cheers.........Rob

Thanks for your replies,  everyone.  I'm thinking the problem is that I had blocked off the calendar for 6 weeks due to concerns about our pipes freezing (just added some insulation and heat strips). So I think that killed my ranking - though the support team said that's not the case. Any thoughts on how to boost my search ranking? We used to have no trouble getting booked every weekend.

I found it eventually! By zooming in on the area , once @Robin4 had located it on the map! Had to zoom till 47 listings showed, didn't appear wit 200+ listings, even tho on right part of map.... Odd.

@Sareet0  I've had my listings disappear from time to time but they always pop back again later.

@Sareet0  My experience has been that when I've blocked my calendar for a month or more, that my search ranking plummets. (As far as Airbnb is concerned, hosts are never allowed to take a vacation themselves or close for renos)

Then when I get a booking, my search ranking goes up again. As others have said they did manage to find your listing, at least it's there, and don't fret too much, it'll go back up again.
