Can't set cancellation policy

I can't find where my cancellation policy is or how to change it. I've read other help articles trying to solve the same question, but they must be old, because the menus they mention do not exist.

If this is a new listing, I believe you have to actually publish it in order to set the cancellation policy. Once published, I believe Airbnb defaults it to "flexible". Go to listing page:

New Software

Click the Listing "card" you want to edit

Scroll down to cancellation policy and click

Under Policies & Rules

Cancellation Policy

This is a long existing listing. I eventually found it under "Policies", but could swear it wasn't there earlier.
