Co-Host help for the month of August - located in Orlando, Florida

I have three Airbnb's (all on the same property) that I need help co-hosting for the month of August while I am away.   I am willing to pay a 15% commission fee. The housekeeping and laundry services are all in place.  I just really need someone on an "emergency" basis. Thank you.

Hi @Cheryl690  - I have 7 bookings so far but my guests tend to book at the last minute.  I am really looking for someone local who would be available on an "emergency" basis.  I am planning on continuing to communicate with the guests and the housekeeping / laundry service is all in place and automatic.  Thanks for getting back to me.

Hello Lynn,

I currently co-host a great lakeside AirBnB and would be interested in co-hosting with you on a long-term basis. I handle the communications with guests at the other AirBnB (and also Vrbo) and have a 5.0 rating with 100% positive feedback. I am building a portfolio of homes to co-host and this will be a full-time job for me, so you can rest assured I will take every communication with a guest as a top priority. I am willing to handle all of the communications (assuming the cleaning, keycodes, and laundry are all taken care of) for 15% commission.  I already have the legal paperwork ready to establish a co-hosting partnership (and AirBnB makes it easy to divvy up the payouts per booking).
