Hi!
I just started cohosting and I can see the general message strings between myself, the host, and the cohost; but I can't see the host's scheduled messages nor do they show up in the general message string for me.
I contacted a guest to make sure they'd received check-in instructions (via the host's scheduled messages) and they had so I DO know they are happening.
I've contacted support but thought I'd check here too.
Thanks!

Hi @Christi8738 & @Herbert-“Trey”0
Co-host access/permissions are assigned by the primary host/owner. There are 3 levels of access of a co-host:
The primary host would need to give Full Access, or Calendar & Inbox Access. Airbnb Help Article below:

Hope this helps!
One of the reasons hosts normally use cohosts is because of their expertise around how STR platforms work and I can see you have extensive hosting experience.
Have a look at the Airbnb Help website under cohosting and scheduling messaging .
This should help you understand what you can and can't do as a cohost @Christi8738
normally you wouldn't do check in details through scheduled messaging but through self check in instructions
I’m having the same issue. I can only see the scheduled messages I create and can’t stop the outdated messages the previous cohost created.

My cohost has full access and still cannot alter my scheduled messages.
Yes...this is true. It makes no sense to me. Airbnb also doesn't allow full-access Co-Hosts to have access to your Host Guidebook either. Co-Hosts have to copy/the Hosts messages and create them under their profile.
