Hi @Mojoko0 

I am honestly going to be as tactful as possible because I don’t want to hurt your feelings. So please understand that this is only my point of view on why I would not rent your space. 

There are way, way too many clashing colors and they are really bright and loud! There is also too much abstract designs going on in the apt. Vacations away from home are meant to be down time — both peaceful and relaxing, and I don’t get that feeling from your place.

Also, a huge ice chest in the kitchen is unnecessary for short-term rentals. And, it is not a good idea to recommend parties. It is also against AirBnB policy.

I hope you take what I’ve written in the spirit it is given so that you can understand why you’re possibly not getting any bookings.
