What a fascinating building! I particularly like what you have done with the bedroom. I would certainly be happy staying there.
Perhaps you could include some photos of the dining room and back garden though as they are available for guest use? Also, maybe some detail shots, as I am sure you have some nice touches to show off, such as the wood burning fireplace. And what about photos of the local area/attractions? It sounds like the town has lots to offer visitors.
In your description, perhaps you could highlight some more selling points, like the free parking and what about breakfast? I don't see it on your amenities list, but one of your reviews mentions there is a light breakfast available throughout the day. If that is still the case, that's a bonus that you should mention.
Your reviews and ratings are amazing, so it sounds like you are doing everything right in terms of the listing and your hosting style, including for value so I am guessing the pricing is fine, if maybe a bit on the low side? But, I don't know your area, so I'm not able to comment on that.
I do wonder though why you don't have Superhost status with such high ratings. Not that it's the be all and end all, but it is another selling point.
