@Denelle1  Looks good, but you should make the living situation clearer. I assume you live in the main part of the house so say that. 

Also I can't find any wording as to where the entrance to the suite is. Do they have a separate door to enter the suite from, or do they enter through a common entrance? 

I would also say in "Other things to note", where you mention the cat, "Please do not book if you have cat allergies".

You'd be surprised how many guests will book a place with resident pets and then ask the host to lock the pet up because they are allergic or afraid of dogs or cats. And if the studio shares a heating system with the rest of the house, the cat allergens can be present in the suite.
