Hey guys! I just listed my new property about 1 week ago and I am a bit confused.

A few days ago my listing would appear first when you would search stays in Bucharest, now it's on the 5th page. I haven't gotten any bookings yet.

Could someone please take a look and let me know what I can improve?

If you publish a new listing, it will be a few weeks high in search results by way of promotion.

But ofcourse it does not guarantee a booking. You can check statistics (menu insight) about the amount of views.

Your listing looks fine to me.

Please be aware you offer 20% promotional discount for first 3 bookings, it is added up with other discounts (eg weekly, monthly), example:
