Thanks so much for the tips!
Welcome @Jacqueline-S1
I tried to take a look at your listing but I noticed that your listing can't be booked as it states "This listing is not yet available to all guests" so you should make available first for guests
I did not realize that…thanks!
Hi @Jacqueline-S1,
Welcome to the community, and congratulations on your new listing! Have you received your first booking enquiry yet or is this an exciting milestone to look forward to?
I see @Andrea6232 and @Steven1869 have given you some useful advice already -thank you both! I was wondering if perhaps a few of our other hosts had more suggestions, what do you think @Kate2192 @Nathan146 @Rosanna51 @Lydia594 and @Jason2680?
Thank you everyone for your help 🙂

Hi @Emilie,
Thank you, I'm glad there is a community of experts to connect with 😁.
I am still looking forward to my first looking.
Thanks for the help.

What a lovely space you have. Everything for guests to enjoy a comfy stay. I love your wording which covers all the info guests need to know. My favourite photos are numbers: 1,2,4,5,6,10,13,14,15,16,17,19,22,24,25,26,27,28,29,30. Quality over quantity is my advice. I wish you all the best. I’m sure you’ll do well.
cheers from Down Under!!
Thanks so much Rosanna51! All because of the tips from Andrea6232 my pictures now look good!

What a cute lovely place you have! I love the workout station! 😄 I know others mentioned it, but I also agree your photos could use improvement. Mainly the angles and lighting. I'd also aim for about 25 pics max for your place size. I wouldn't worry about close ups of some things like locks and silverware. The patio area looks like a good hang out but there's so many chairs it looks a little cluttered. Is there a way to move some to another spot or just cut back on what you have?
Hi Lydia594,
Thanks so much for the advice, I will make those changes and keep working on the pictures. I am new to taking these types of pictures so I will keep trying 😊.

Hi Jacqueline
Had a look through your photos. Some of the images are great! So creative! Other images, are not enhancing the space. Eg/ the hanging space of the wardrobe. Suggest removing it altogether. As a guest, all I’d want to know is that there is hanging space and some shelving/drawers for my clothes.
Suggest putting a couple (say 3) cushions on the bed and change the angle of the pillows to upright. European pillows behind the standard pillows with cushions will change the look of the bed. Dress it up a bit more. Creates a lux look!
The quality of photos, eg using the editing feature on your phone, will dramatically improve your current photos and lift your listings feel.
I really like the odd arty photos you have included, but maybe just one or two?
Maybe stop and think about what message you want to convey in your listing and take photos to reflect that message visually?
Use ChatGPT to help you rewrite your description/s. Copy current wording and instruct Chat to reword for Airbnb listing creating a feeling of X (you decide) to increase bookings then paste text into the space and press enter. You will be amazed at what it will come up with! You can keep instructing Chat to finesse sections too. Brilliant underrated feature available for Airbnb hosts!
Too much clutter on the kitchen benches that are not artistically displayed. I’d reduce the clutter considerably and leave 1 or 2 hero pieces on the bench. Put the rest in the cupboard. Use items that create a pop of colour too.
Use the Airbnb listing of items you provide rather than taking photos of everything.
Happy to review again for you if you like.
Congratulations on your listing. You have done a great job. Just some tweaking required.
Thanks
Kate
Hi Kate2192,
Thanks for much for the advice, will do!
I had the pillows upright but decided to change it when I re-did the picture. By cushions do you mean decorative pillows?
The ChatGPT, is that somewhere on the Airbnb site?
By kitchen bench do you mean the counter?
Thanks.
