I have 2 units that are similar and would like to maximize visibility to them so I can get bookings.  Please tell me what else can I do to the listing to make it more attractive, besides competitive pricing.

I would but I don’t know anything about the Dominican Republic market. The only tricks up my sleeve are not charging a cleaning fee if you do your own cleaning, allow pets if you can, and do a 20% promotion for the upcoming week if not booked yet.
