The first thing to make a plan for is the Airbnb Overall Review of a listing. Airbnb Standard is 4.8, one listing is 4.7 the other 4.85. Being under the 4.8 means the Airbnb Search Algorithm may present a listing may not but not om page 1.
I can see you have fixed the minor issues we find at start.
on both listings location star value is low.
That is your presentation of the listing Guests felt wasn't accurate.
On your first listing Airbnb says 18 minutes to beach, then your ad says beach across the street beach view an amenity then a Guest says 30 minute walk? Which one?
