Critique my listing

Hello 

I just started hosting on airbnb I have had 3 bookings so far but now I am no longer getting any views or bookings, I live in a very busy area I am not sure what to do on why I am not getting any booking or view all of sudden its been less than a month since I have started ? Would like to get some help.  This is my listing some feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I saw your ad and you should try to make more inviting and clearer photos, especially the cover photo is too dark.

2. truck drivers have place to sleep in their trucks so they are not very active in searching for the appartments for 1 night.

make your offer easy to see in places around  your target group.

Hello! Even though you have two queen beds, people may want to know how many guests you will accommodate (even if they sneak extra people, which they do).  

"Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and foyer during their stay. Please make yourself home and enjoy the space!"- Is this a private apartment or a shared space? What is the privacy expectation, and who are they sharing space with? ( 9 times out of 10, they want complete privacy).

Brighter photos, like Andrea said, and pictures of the patio/outdoor rec area.

It could just take some time. Keep adjusting, adding personalization/decor to the home, which attracts attention.

Take away the sleeping in your shared living room, not recommended,

Tweak your Ad Description a bit.  You have multiple pages use them.  A lot of Hosts will use one of the free Ai Tools to help write ad copy.

Tell it about your rental areas.

Highlights that market to your target Guest.  Couples, mom and kid, travelers looking for a road rest stop.  Think who you would find as the perfect guest.  Then you can highlight amenities or location something that makes the Guest see your perfect.  Title and Ad Description need to balance and tie together.

Turn on New Listing Discount it really helps get your first reviews.

One helpful thing to do is you identify your potential market, then search listings on Airbnb as if you were that Guest.  Review prices, amenities and highlights.  Use to help build your offering.
