Is this a legit listing?

Hello!  I am interested in this listing

and wanted to make sure it was legit??   There’s only 4 reviews. The host has 2 other listing with multiple reviews. So maybe the home is a new listing to rent.  However I did some research and the home owner (per property tax listed) is different.  As so is one of the other 2 the host has showing.  I messaged about renting he replied quickly and sent me an invitation to rent and it is through the Airbnb site. So I messaged back 12 mins later asking if he was the owner or if he oversees renting it out. And he never replied back (it’s been 8 hours).

The earliest very good reviews date from this year so yes it may well be a new listing on Airbnb.  It is verified listing and the host has been on Airbnb for 9 years with other listings.  I can't see any reason to believe that this is not a legit listing ...

The host may be acting on behalf of the owners.  The reviews say that the host is very reactive so am pretty sure he will get back to you.

You have no reviews yet under your profil as you have only recently joined Airbnb and your profil page is not filled out so there is a chance that you may not be eligible to book this place as a result.  This is a big house (party risk) and some hosts require guests to have previous stays under their belt to be able to book.

Good morning @Joelle43 ,  thank you for the feed back. I just needed someone to ease my mind about the listing.  
The host did pre-approve me to rent the home. So I’m good there.  I actually have used Airbnb before, but it’s been a while and I don’t use it a whole lot. (We had a different profile we used before our divorce, it happens, had to get my own profile & start over). 
Again, thanks for the answer I really appreciate it!
