Custom Trip Lengths no longer offer a check in day option

Why am I suddenly not able to pick a Check In Day for the summer period? I used to be able to do this. I have fixed a 7 night minimum stay for August but also need to add a Check In Day as Saturday only

Hi @Heather352  & @Sarah943 !

Yes...as @Mike-And-Jane0 advised, since the update you have to turn on Pro Tools and use Rule sets to apply custom calendar settings now. All hosts can do this even if you only have one property (previously, Airbnb restricted Pro Tools to Hosts with 6 or more properties). So far it has been working for other hosts with the same issues. Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes 😊.

@Sarah943 Are you using rulesets? They used to allow this (although you actually set the other 6 days as not being check in days)

I just spent a few calls and messages with customer service to learn that with the new updates they have removed that feature. It's super frustrating. The customer service rep was very kind – he actually didn't even realize that option in the feature had been removed. After the call he sent me a link to submit feedback to their team and request it be added back. I think the best shot we have is if many people call and do the same. In the meantime I have added "Saturday to Saturday weekly rental" in several places as well as (and unfortunately) turned off Instant Book so I can review and approve everyone to avoid someone selecting the wrong dates. This changes your view on rankings and ultimately may affect our rentals which is incredibly frustrating. Posting here so other in similar situations also call and submit!
