This is not new. It is happening again when I change my property manager. Airbnb’s algorithm has detected my new property manager’s listing as duplicate of my previous manager’s listing. It is technically correct. However, there is a good reason for it. We need to transfer the listing to a new manager. And it is not because we want to use a new listing to get better reviews. The open dates of the two listings are clearly different. So are the hosts owning the listings. The later is what Airbnb assumes and because of it Airbnb insists to block new my listing. It takes Airbnb weeks to figure it out every time. How can Airbnb fix such simple repeated issues with hosts?
I am a little confused by your post. The listing on your profile is showing under your name with your cohosts added to your listing
This being the case you don't need to set up a new listing you can easil swap management companies by changing the cohosts on your existing listing@Yong253
You mention you aren't changing listings because of low ratings but your ratings show as 4.68 and Airbnb sees 4.6 or lower as a low ratings and this is likely to affect your rankings.
