Email notifications not working?

I received a booking request this morning.  I got the texts OK and approved it.   All that showed up OK  in the app (and on the website) but I never got the email like I used to.   Bookings for my place are light as it's a summer place so I'm not expecting to see anything for a while and check on it.  Wondered if they changed something or it's stuck in the system with all the holiday traffic?
