Error messages - cant use on desktop or laptop for over 3 weeks with 75 properties!

For three weeks we have had no ability to message guests, check reservations, calendars, listings etc... on any desktop in our office, at home, on laptop. We are running 75+ properties on our phones with a team in our office beyond infuriated. Airbnb states to clear cache and browser history, log in/out, that they don't see what we are seeing on our end but that they are "trying to fix it" yet they don't see it. It is going to be 4 weeks now like this and it is where 95% of our bookings are! We have no issues with wifi, internet, any other site and this is happening on 5 different computers and computers outside of our office so this glitch has to be coming from Airbnb not our computers. We receive every error message ever created on Airbnb all at once popping up all over, and have to reload 10-20 times to possibly get one message through and now its starting to effect our phones where there are days some of us cant get on at all which completely puts us out of business!.

Have your IT advisors given any advice - they would be best placed to advise on whether it's an issue with your IT or Airbnbs ? @Rachel203

We don't personally have IT advisors. Since every other site is working and we have checked any blocks that may have been placed that haven't and all looks good,  this has happened before but never this long, it had come from Airbnb issues we were told. We have an ongoing message thread with Airbnb for a week + now with no remedy. We have sent screen shots and screen recordings only to be told they don't see issues when looking at our account on their end but they are working on it, yet we are not sure what they are working on if they don't see the issue that we cant use the site but only on our phones if we are lucky. Just terribly frustrating with so many properties.

@Rachel203

Yes, this is not a big idea but not insulting.  I had a similar problem with another platform and got this help to fix and worked,

Because an internet forum sometimes it can be the cache on your PC.  There was a bug.  The bug was fixed but your cache is blocking the fix.

I have software you can find free software or I have Norton Security  that will also do it for me.

I cleared my cache.

Restarted my PC and my problem was resolved.

Sometimes they don't see the bug because  the bug was fixed 3 weeks ago.

@Rachel203

Per @Marie8425 , clearing your cache is usually the fix. I use several browsers and don't like clearing the cache on the main one I use as I have all my bookmarks there for commonly used sites. This of course turns out to be what is causing the problem in the first place though.

I would logoff Airbnb on ALL devices. Clear the cache on your computer. Delete the App on your phone.

Then log back in on ONE device using your EMAIL (not phone number). If all is well, then reinstall the App on your phone.

Hi @Rachel203 👋

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the Airbnb site. As @Joan2709 has shared above, could you please try all of the steps below and let me know if you are still experiencing the same issues.

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account

Many thanks in advance,
Rebecca

Ah sorry as a medium sized STR management company I thought you would have an IT company you use for ongoing support. As you said your IT not working properly is a big risk for your business .

If not you can ask for help from an IT company on a one off basis  if the useful advice from @Joan2709  and @Marie8425 doesn't work
