Feedback - any suggestions to have a better listing?

Hi! I'm not sure if this is allowed, but I'd really appreciate some feedback on my listing. I've put a lot of work and hope to increase my income significantly thanks to it. I've checked many tutorials but I imagine there are experienced hosts on the forum that can help me make it better. 

Of course I'd be happy to reciprocate if anyone needed the same - just an opinion on how to make it even better!

I hope that you all are having a good time with Airbnb, and also with your life in general. 

 I'd really appreciate some of your feedback on my listing. I'm new to Airbnb as a host and would like some of your experienced guidance, suggestions for tutorials,  and vies of experienced hosts on the forum that can help me make my condo better. @DrAhmed0 are you trying to list individual bedrooms? Because now you have 2 private rooms with 3 bedrooms each and extra sofa beds so you need to fix that and make individual listings for each room and one for the whole apartment and link the calendars. Secondly, you need to update your pictures. They need to be brighter and clearer. Set up the beds better, one of the beds doesn't even have a sheet over the mattress. And in each listing have pictures only of the things booking that listing will have access, for example if you list one room have pictures of that room and the common areas and not every other bedroom. Also, you need to pick better cover images, that is what attracts the guests, keep the outside pictures of the building and pictures of you walking around for later in the albums, maybe to the end. Hello @Valerios1  More colour would be my main recommendation. Drape a nice coloured rug/blanket/throw across the couch/lounge, flowers (artificial if need be), cushions on the bed, etc etc. maybe not all of the ideas but perhaps some.maybe not so many photos, some are quite similar, and perhaps group the photos of inside the cupboards which you have obviously provided to show what is availble for guests to use. Your place looks lovely and I would stay there for sure. Good Luck.

Günther your place is AWESOME, just one detail i would add is the cover for the table outside. Feels kinda empty plus what if it's too hot outside or it starts raining? Pergola or some kind of a roof would be nice

Many thanks to Airbnb which gives people to be hosts, helping them to show their hospitality, mentality and local culture, like good food, welcoming etc, and of course earn some extra money. 

I' m not new in the turism business as I run a vwry well known Restaurant for 22 years.

I'll try to do my best to satisfy our guests and reach my goal to be a super hostess.

For me, this house is all about the view. Make that your first photo. 

The header should read 'views for miles at [location]" Wifi cannot compete with this jaw-dropping view. Which direction are you facing? Do you get sunrise/sunset views?? if so, add that to the listing.

Thanks. I agree. The view is excellent. It is facing the East, lovely sunrise and the airport. and it also has a view of the lovely Grenadines islands to the South. I will rearrange and highlight as suggested. Thanks again.
