Hello,

I’m new here and have been getting mostly 3-month bookings recently from  previous owner. However, from now until next year, my Airbnb has fewer bookings. I don’t know how to improve or do something. my area is discovery, CA

A suggestion maybe advertising for 14 guests is effecting the search.  Reading reviews it doesn't seem like that bis your typical reservation.  4 bedrooms 10 beds foe me is not a plus sounds crowded.  Then 4 beds are sofa beds again not a plus ro think for that amount of money up to 8 people might be using the living vrooms as bedrooms.

I suggest caption your pictures, I got confused.  Are there multiple kitchens?  How many living rooms?

I have captain for all bedrooms and living room. I think 4 beds room and 4 sofas bed that’s will enough for 16.

@Sang529 Like you, we have a large property. It was difficult to get the amount of bookings we wanted on it because of the large price associated with a large property. It seems there are more small groups of travelers than large groups of travelers. We split the house into 3 separate listings, which you could do as well since you have 2 kitchens. Guests can rent our upstairs portion, downstairs portion or combine the whole house for more space and/or larger groups. All we did was add a steel exterior, double locking door at the bottom of the stairs. We keep it locked unless a guest books the entire home.

Giving guests the option of a customizable space has worked very well & increased our bookings.
