Do you feel the ABNB insurance is sufficient or do you get additional coverage or add a waiver for guests to sign?

Welcome to the community 😊
The short answer is that as an Airbnb host, you do need additional insurance.
Hosting with any accurate frequency is likely to void your current homeowner's policy, and Airbnb's protection is inadequate.
Although the host guaranteed it is not easy to get support from Airbnb.
As a matter of fact, some of the members, including my self are verifying to get the protection program in these rare cases
It is essential to follow the Airbnb host guarantee to progress and get the support of the claim.

@Donald242 If you ask the questions, they will most likely get answered. Rather challenging to answer questions that haven't been asked 🙂

Do not expect any insurance or support from Airbnb. You need to have your own commercial insurance. Contact your broker and expect to have a challenge getting coverage. Search insurance above for other threads. Good luck!

Has anyone used a waiver for their guests to sign prior to them coming to stay at your property? If so, how did you communicate that to them? Is there a way for someone to esign a document like this? Thanks.

@Donald242 A waiver to cover what? Personal injury? Most hosts have private insurance to cover not particularly that, but to cover damages the guests could cause.
