Hello I am Samuel Schumacher. 
I currently live in North Dakota and I’m looking at moving to the Phoenix area or Fort Lauderdale area within the next year.

I am just wondering about all the requirements needed to get started with Air BNB in the Fort Lauderdale or Phoenix  area that includes taxes,LLC’s, rental arbitrage, etc.

Also very interested in networking with hosts in both areas.
