Gray dots in upper left hand corner of the calendar—?

What do the gray dots in the upper left hand corner of the calendar day mean? ...I know in some cases it is a holiday, such as in Sept 2nd, however what does it mean on Sept 22-27th?

Hi @, I forgot to mention that besides indicating holidays in the Airbnb calendar, the dots can also mean you've made a private note for that date. You can see this on the right side of the panel."
