Good morning from New Zealand
When I popped in to ABB CC today, my Profile picture at the top Right-hand side of the screen has been changed to that of someone else's.
It looks like it's showing a blue sky with clouds and a window frame around it.
It's not an image I'm familiar with.
Has anyone else had there's changed?
Has there been another Privacy Breach?
Or an IT glitch we have not been advised of?
@Emiel1 @Colleen253 @Emilia42 and others
Huh, now it's copied the screenshot I took a gazillion times despite uploading it once, Hmmm
I just noticed your Airbnb profile picture is the same as it always was, so did you change it back ?
If something is changing "spontaneous", then i would check if the account have not being hacked.
Also keep an eye on the "sessions" in the account (section safety) to check for unknown devices
But it can also be a technical glitch, on Airbnb's side, but also locally, which caused the image not properly loading.
Refresging the page then will mostly solve the issue
Thank you @Emiel1
Most security breaches happen from within server systems unfortunately, and those who are very cunning crooks who leave traces that lead to them been caught.
I've always been very security conscious and learnt sadly how devious some are to access others computer systems.
The average person doesn't realise it only takes one person to see a persons password and they can enter your emails and accounts no matter how many times you change it.
When they are in they are in.
Multi Factor Authentication is not as secure as people are lead to believe it is.
The screenshots are from your CC account, the CC account picture is taken from your Airbnb account. But your CC picture and your Airbnb profile picture look the same and it is the useal image. No sign of a blue sky....
Thank you @Emiel1
The screenshot was taken from my CC account log in page.
I'm aware my flower was still showing up in my posts, but not when on the page as I read and wrote.
I've just gone into my Profile account and looked through there, tick 'Save' on my settings and it appears to have now fixed itself.
I wonder if someone from Admin has been in there for some reason.... 🙂

Who else is hiding in the background lurking through our posts 😉 ????
I have not noticed anything odd with my CC or Airbnb account @Helen427
I make it a habit to change my Airbnb password frequently as I don't think the platform is very secure. I also check my account settings daily, and my activity log as well!
As @Colleen253 states "check my activity log frequently.."
I do the same because I have found that even if you log out, you don't always. Also, if you call support, they log into your account and never log out. The activity shows as "JVM San Bernadino".
My advice check your profile security regularly.
Anyone remember Orson Welles book 1984? (No answers needed, just for thought) 😞
@M199 How do we find the activity information you mention, e/g Customer Support names?
Does this include their full names, and Business name if they are contracted agents?
I can find my log ins and would appreciate learning how to locate the support people who have logged in to, as I'm sure others would here in CC

Goodness, It's logged in yet again with the same image and not mine.
I have logged out and cleared my cache etc yet it is still showing another person's Profile photo which isn't mine.
@Quincy @Nick @Airbnb @Catherine-Powell @Brian @Stephanie
Please help me fix this IT issue up as it's obviously coming from your end of the woods.
PM me if necessary
Thanks in advance
However, it's possible that the profile picture of a user on a specific platform may change due to various reasons, such as an update to the platform's terms of service, a security breach, or a user error. It's always a good idea to check the settings and security options of any platform you use to ensure that your profile picture and other personal information are secure.
