I’m new to air bnb and could you use some advice on my pricing. My occupancy is pretty low (although all 5 star experiences at a high price point).

You can do this by carrying our market research with your competitors with similar listings to see what they charge @Jack2895

Yes in your Airbnb Menu  Insights for your Ad.  Then if you have had bookings there is an Option to review what price and that graph can be set to compare to Similar Listings.  It is a great tool to highlight for you do you need to review closer.

What a vibrant listing you have! Did you do the decoration yourself?
