Help with new listing

I am just starting to list my spare room but I am confused. Looking at other peoples listings they seem to have several different paragraphs, about this space, this space, guest access, other things to note and later, during your stay. This is plenty of space to say what you want to say however I seem to be restricted to one paragragh of 500 characters which isn't really enough. Why is this?
