Hey everyone im new on this platform and a new host as well. Please guide how to ensure our things are okay when guests leave...
We try too. In the winter, there is no street parking, so we have to juggle, figuring out which of the family members have to leave as soon as possible. So far, it hasn't been a big deal, but we have learned that our guests' needs are continuously evolving.
Parking is available for guests.
Guests can park in driveway.
I do mention if it’s a gated area, has a guard, or surveillance cameras.
if any restrictions I would explain with example : Only one car per booking. Cost it’s free.
Additional Notes: Please use the remote control to open the gate, or Do not block other residents’ spaces.

Hi @Alex,
I host a full private home, and guests have access to both the driveway and the garage for their parking needs at no additional cost. I make sure to clearly mention this in my listing so guests know upfront that they’ll have a secure and convenient place to park.
I’ve found that providing this information ahead of time helps guests plan better and adds to their overall experience. Happy to hear how other hosts handle this as well!
Best,
Kenny
Hi Alex.
I'm hosting in a rural part of Ireland. We offer a full house and because of its location it is car dependent. We offer private parking on the property. We have plenty of space with parking for six or seven vehicles.

We have two car park spaces - essential as the vast majority of our guests arrive by car !
We have driveway parking for guests.
Yes, we actually have a parking lot with a special sign next to the Air B and B steps, so it is a breeze to bring your luggage or bags upstairs. We have a one bedroom apartment not occupied by anyone with linens, kitchen fully equipped and snacks. My B and B is in a walkable town with antiques, theatre, restaurants and in a very quiet neighborhood.
