Homeowner Payout

Homeowner Payout

Hello Everyone,

Im having difficulty in managing a listing which includes its maintenance, listing marketing, pricing, etc. on top of my full time job.

I was wondering if I list my property on another Host’s account (who does this for a living as a full time job), how would the payout be completed as I cant manage the property on a daily basis and how would the funds be routed to my account or theirs?

Has anyone faced such an issue?

Thx

@Zouheir1 You will need a contract with the host specifying clearly how much money they pass through to you from each booking. They will be paid by Airbnb and then they will pay you.

A better way (still with a contract) would be for them to become a co-host on your account with a suitable payment split to them. That way if/when you part company you keep the listing and its reviews under your control.

You need an experienced local superhost to manage things for you.

Once you have identified one and agreed a rate for their work you can add them as a cohost to your listing.
