Hosting in a shared apartment

What do you think about hosting in a shared apartment. Room, toilet and bathroom private for the guest. Just kitchen and lounge is shared. 
Also I’m a photographer and a videographer in Luton/Dunstable. If you ever need one for your apartment.

Many thousands of hosts homeshare in the UK so it's definitely an option .

really depends on supply and demand as to how busy you might be .
