I would like to update my house rules.

I would appreciate if someone would share with me a sample house rules that I may use to update what I currently have

Each host has different house rules depending on the sort of property they have and how they host. @Jackson79 

You could have a look at house rules in local listings to you which are comparable with yours for ideas.

I would say for remote listings,  no parties and no guests on the premises who haven't booked and paid and quiet time rules if you don't have a listing in a remote area.
