@Kevin1967  I've never seen that before. If dates have been booked, the guest's name is wrtten across their booked dates, if the dates have been blocked, they are simply crossed out. Never seen "Reserved" before. 

The only explanation is that you have a guest who has put in an IB or booking request you approved for those dates and their verifications or payment are pending.

@Kevin1967 This is a private note that you have put in against these dates. You can normally just delete these but perhaps not if it is in the past.
