I want every room with different price but when I listed there is no option for this

You can but you have to have each room listed separatee and linked together.

I would suggest determine your 2 bedroom listing price that gives you a cushion in case asked for a discount if only using one room  Guests will ask haha

Take accurate pictures right now I can ell same pictures for both bedrooms.

Also a mattress on the floor is not a bed.  Tell people you can discuss additional sleeping arrangements if needed.

Determine your potential market.  One couple with kids two couples with kids or grandparents and children's family?   Your rental is not cheap lodging for a group of young adults, so don't present mattress on the floor or too many to 1 bedroom.  Determine the number of people and children you are comfortable hosting. Too many people in a small area is not good.
