How to assign another host to one of the listings?

My partner was adding his apartment to Airbnb via my referral link, but at the end it appeared that he didn't log out from my account, so his property was added to my account. He already had one guest and one review. Is there a way to split listings? I.e., assign another host to one of the listings? He doesn't want to delete it from mine and reregister losing reviews.

No not if he doesn't want to lose one review .

personally I would snooze the existing listing as he has only one review and set up a new listing under his own profile 

If he is in your account of course any listings he sets up will be added to your profile.
