You may want to add a House Rule -since renting as a vacation rental in 2004, I've seen guests take advantage of every loophole. I've compiled the House Rule from a number of other rental agreements/listings of other hosts and my own specific concerns.
No Third-Party Reservations. The booking guest must be attending and present for the duration of the reservation. No other guests other than those listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
"No guests/visitors. Not even for a moment! We couldn't be more serious about this rule. Only those people whose names have been provided at the time of booking are allowed on the property. No family, friends, co-workers, Uber drivers, no one! Our Business Insurance only allows the registered guests listed on the reservation in the home or on the property and other guests inhibit our ability to verify COVID vaccination status. If anyone not registered is found on the property, a charge of $100.00 per person above and beyond those on the original reservation will be assessed with an additional $100 fee penalty for the Security Management officials. This charge is for any amount of time of a violation and the guest will be charged for each violation. Any violation will also result in immediate removal of the entire group with no refunds."
By requiring all guests be listed you may also avoid some of the ID issues Hosts speak about, too.
