How to update availability date

I need to put property available from 1st December but don’t know how to change that’s and I don’t know if it’s live or not? And how I know if someone is interested in my house or not?

I remember when I first signed up and created my listing, it was visible to me but not “live” for 24 hours, allowing me to edit any issues before it went public. 

You needed to do the pre-live to be able finish the listing details such as the arrival check in instructions (I didn’t understand why I couldn’t finish everything before going live).

If you want your listing to be available on 12/1/23, then go to the calendar and select all the dates from now to the end of the month and click on the block at the bottom of the page. This way you block off dates till 12/1/23.

if someone is interested in your property they will either message you if they have questions, or if you have instant book on, you will get a text, airbnb notification and an email saying congratulations you have a new booking. 

You can set up instant messages to welcome them and give basic information and ask questions if this is a special occasion or anything else.

Here are a few tips and recommendations to ensure the availability of your listing, as a Host. To manage your Airbnb listing, including setting availability and tracking interest in your property, you can follow these steps:

1. Availability: Check your listing's availability, you might need to set your 

Availability window in order for your preferred month to be available.  Look for the 'Calendar' or 'Availability' section. This is where you can manage when your property is available for booking. To make your property available from December 1st, navigate to the December calendar view and update the dates accordingly. You may need to click on specific dates to change their availability status.

2. Ensure Your Listing is Live: Ensuring your listing is live is very important, you can do this by searching your listing "as a guest/traveler". That way, you can also see what details your guests see when they search your listing.
