I am buying an Airbnb vacation property in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and will be the new owner on 6/28...

What happens with all the future bookings they have? Will they be transferred to me or do they need ...

Looking for some guidance to help me plan this out. Appreciate all the guidance and direction.

When this happened with a place we booked as guests, the host requested that we cancel the reservation and re-book with the new owner. Some guests may not do this, and you might loose those bookings. They belong to the seller. That is in the link you posted.
