I am having trouble posting my new listing for La Quinta California which requires permits for 30 days or less

When I select don't want to register "host  for  more than 30 nights at a time " for my new listing in La Quinta it will let me proceed to finish the listing but when it is time to select publish it takes me back to the same page as incomplete.  

Any suggestions as AirBnb help desk can't help me thus far.
