They just scammed us for $5,000 dollars claiming we did not read their cancellation policy. 

Any thoughts??? We are devastated!!

We missed so many red flags.

@Kelly2089 This does not appear to be a scam. However, You have not provided enough info. When did you reserve the rental and what was the cancellation policy at that time.
