I cannot edit my base price, the save button is greyed out, why?

I can save any other number than $90 though. I have no idea why this is happening, as it does not look like I have randomly picked a day to change the price, they are all open, not blocked as well.

Yes, I have searched this topic, but did not see the issue discussed.

That does sound frustrating. If you're unable to save any nightly rate other than $90, it could be due to one of a few things:

1. Smart Pricing – Double-check if Smart Pricing is enabled in your settings. If it's on, Airbnb might be overriding your manual changes based on their pricing algorithm.

2. Minimum/Maximum Price Caps – Even if Smart Pricing is off, there might still be a minimum or maximum price set, which could be causing your changes not to save if they fall outside the allowed range.

3. Calendar Sync or Channel Manager – If you’re using a channel manager or syncing calendars with another platform (like VRBO or Booking.com), that system may be overriding Airbnb pricing.

4. Rule-sets or Pricing Rules – Check if there are any active rule-sets applied to those dates which could lock in specific pricing behavior.

If you’ve already checked all this and nothing’s worked, it may be a glitch. In that case, I recommend clearing your browser cache or trying on a different device or browser, or reaching out directly to Airbnb Support for further investigation.

It looks like the 90 is already saved. The system greys out the save button when the input is already saved. When you change it, you can save the new input.

That is so very odd! I checked my iphone last night and it wasn't saved as $90, and all of a sudden now it is appearing as the right price! I don't know if I hit a button or if it took time to sort it out or what!

Click the pencil icon to the right of the nightly rate to change the price. You'll see the cursor flash, then:

Just use your back space key on your computer to remove the old price

Type your new price

Hit Save
