I got an email from airbnb that my lisiting will be inactivated but I don't know why

It says that I didn't follow their requirements but I haven't  broken any these rules

  • Reservation commitment

  • Listing accuracy

  • Timely communication

  • Listing cleanliness

  • Positive review ratings

I run a shared room and it's a dormitory for travelers. Airbnb says that this mail is sent to a listing that runs shared rooms.

As I am not informed about the reasons why it's suspended, I can't submit my appeal. Please let me know. It says that it will be inactivated from 30th, January but it's already suspended.

Hello @Seokhwan0 👋

The “Listing issue” page only displays issues from the most recent stays or stays within the last year to help Hosts focus on the most recent quality feedback. If there are no current listing issues available for you to appeal on your listing issues page, Airbnb will be providing you with an additional email detailing the affected reservation(s) and associated violations of our Ground Rules

The Community Team is dedicated to supporting hosts in a different capacity than customer support. This community forum serves as a platform to facilitate meaningful conversations among hosts, encouraging open discussions about topics that matter to Airbnb hosts.

Looking at your reviews you have probably been threatened with suspension because three of your listings have received ratings of 4.6 - which Airbnb sees as below the quality it expects for listings on its platforms ie your listings have probably been flagged for a lack of  positive review ratings . @Seokhwan0

You should have received notifications from Airbnb when you had lower reviews asking you to address issues .

a quick look at your listings with lower reviews show guests have been complaining of listings not being clean particularly in communal areas, noise issues and insects .

I beg to differ. If 4.6 is below the quality, millions listing will be deleted. I figure Airbnb is trying to remove listings with shared spaces, the e-mail asks if the listing is a shared spaces and sharing with other guests. If so, it asks about there is a staff available 24/7.

It seems that only a hostel can list a dormitory room from now on.

Apart from that, your listing is wonderful 👍

Thanks for your opinion.
