I rent in Seven day blocks beginning on Saturday, have that in two places in my listing, and still people book beginning other days.

And I get a cancellation penalty if someone books, so I have just turned off instant booking. Why don't people read the listing?

@Robert5910  You can't have calendar rules that depend on guests reading your listing wording.

This is something you set up by turning on "professional  tools" and using the rule sets to do your 7 day, specific check-in, check-out requirement. 

Then it will be automatic. Guests will not be able to input dates which are not available.

@Robert5910  I think you still need to use the rule sets if you only want week-long bookings. Just restricting check-in days won't accomplish what you want, because it will let guests check in only on Saturday, but they would be able to book for less than 7 nights or book for 10 nights.

@Robert5910 I agree with what @Sarah977 is saying. Professional tools can be found in your account. Then use rule sets in your listing calendar
