I’ve just newly listed my property but it’s showing as Paused before I’ve got started. No idea why or how to unpause it. Any ideas?
@John6063 It takes about 24 hours for a new listing to go live. But yours isn't even viewable from your profile, which it should be, so you might have to contact customer serrvice.
@John6063 sometimes new listings get flagged by Airbnb, and are paused whilst they are reviewed- this happened to a new listing i created a few weeks ago.
I called customer services and they said that someone in the team was reviewing the listing and if they had any questions they would get in touch and otherwise the listing would be unpaused once the review was complete (they unpaused the listing after 48 hours)
